We would like to warn you on the increasing number of usurpations of the Colas’ name and of the name of some of its entities and/or some of its employees, for fraudulent purposes. 

In particular, ill-intentioned third parties register domain names containing the name Colas (or the name of some of its subsidiaries), such as "@colas-sa.fr", "@colasbtp.fr" or "@colas.sa-france.com". @colas-sa.fr", "@colasbtp.fr" or "@colas.sa-france.com".

These domain names can be used for:
-    Creating an active online sales site and/or an online site usurping the graphic chart of Colas or its subsidiaries (e.g. fake Colas recruitment site);

-    Creating e-mail addresses which can be used to commit various frauds.

For example, scammers may send e-mails to suppliers pretending to be Colas, or one of its subsidiaries and/or one of its employees, in an attempt to obtain delivery of goods; these e-mails are signed by supposed Colas employees in positions such as Purchasing Director and may include legal documents bearing the Colas logo.

If you are facing such behavior, we invite you not to pursue further. 
Colas has put in place monitoring measures to detect and act against such fraudulent behavior and invites everyone to be as vigilant as possible.
